The Federal Reserve Board recently passed new regulations requiring all financial institutions to obtain an “Opt-In” form from account holders to continue providing overdraft services on ATM and debit card transactions clearing your account. Click here to download a copy of the Opt-In Form.

Effective August 15, 2010, First Neighborhood Bank will require that you give us permission to continue to provide you with overdraft services on your debit card and ATM transactions. Even if we’ve provided you this service in the past, we need your permission to continue doing so.

Our Bounce Protection program assures you peace of mind in case of an emergency. For many of our account holders, this is a valued safety net offering flexibility and protection from the potential embarrassment of insufficient funds and the associated merchant fees.

By providing First Neighborhood Bank with the “Opt-In” form before August 15, 2010 you will ensure you do not experience any changes in the services you are currently receiving. You have the option to opt-in or opt-out at any time.
